Witness appeal after dog dangerously out of control in Welwyn |

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following reports of a dog being dangerously out of control in Welwyn. The incident occurred between 2.20pm and 2.50pm on Saturday 1 November. It is reported that the victim and their dog had been walking along Robbery Bottom Lane when a dog described as a Staffordshire bull terrier type attacked the victim’s dog. The dog which was attacked required surgery, while its owner sustained a sprained wrist as a result of the incident.
